Delete your account in the Hana app (formerly TopOils). Developer: P Diamond S.R.O.

Delete in the app

In the app: Profile → Personal data → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Delete without the app

If you no longer have the app, send the form below from the email address you registered with. The request goes to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion”. We complete it within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• the account and profile data (name, email address, language, newsletter setting);
• sign-in identifiers (Google / Apple / email);
• favorites, the collection, and quiz results;
• every signed-in session.

What is kept

• Recipes, experiences, and solutions you published to the community remain, but anonymously: the author is removed, and the content can no longer be linked to anyone.
• Records related to purchases, for as long as accounting and tax law require.

A subscription does not end by itself

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or on Google Play. Cancel it separately:

• iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
• Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions
